Julie booked our 2019 European adventure which included flying Canberra to Athens with Qatar, cruising the Greek Islands and a bus tour through the Balkans from Bucharest, Hungary to Budapest, Romania. All the travel arrangements went very smoothly and were enjoyable. Julie was very patient and responsive to the many questions that a trip of this nature entails when dealing with multiple providers, including us appropriate discounts were these were available and we were very happy with Julie's excellent personal service.

Nearing the end of this trip while in Belgrade Serbia I needed to have emergency surgery and Julie was very caring in helping my husband deal with the Insurance company by providing a contact and liaison point and copies of receipts required for our claim. Until this trip we had always booked out trips online ourselves, however in the future we would definately use Julie again and we were looking forward to Julie helping us with our next grand adventure but plans are currently on hold due to Corona. —Kim McIlveen

This is an odd review. It's odd becuase I have both done business with Julie and I haven't! Bear with me and let me explain.

I'm one of those analytical folks who researches everything to the point of annoyance. I was on the hunt for a business that still delivered the personal touch to help me arrange a long-awaited milestone birthday Mediterranean cruise. After much Googling, I found Exclusively Cruising at the top of the list for VIC on the Cruise Lines International Association top 200 agents.

Julie was awesome in arranging our cruise, putting up with my request for a specific ship, floor on that ship, and even the side of the ship I wanted to be on. I feel that Julie truly listened to what we wanted, and presented options that were at various price points, allowing us to choose our ideal combination of cruise length, features and price. We paid our deposits and I started thinking of cocktails and swimmers.

Then COVID happened.

Julie has been the most understanding, patient and, above all, ethical person to deal with in obtaining our refunds from the Cruise Line. It's been a painless process. Julie follows up before I do, and that is a difficult thing to achieve!

And that's the point - I want to deal with someone who does right by you when bad things happen! That's the type of company that deserves (and will get my) business when we can travel again.
